History of Pizza

Almost 3000 years of food evolution has taken place for the pizza pie to reach its current delicious state today.

In 1889, an Italian tavern owner named Don Raffaele Esposito developed a pizza featuring tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil – ingredients bearing the colours of the Italian flag. He named it the Margherita Pizza, after the Queen of Italy, Margherita Teresa Giovanni.

Thus, the modern-day tomato and cheese pizza was born.

Beautiful wood oven pizzas with fresh and tasty toppings. Their signature 800 degrees pizza definitely delivers on quality and taste with fresh pancetta, rocket and truffle oil mix and the Italiana with its fresh salami, olives and artichokes tops it too. Great deal with free bottle of coke. Excellent and prompt customer service and delivery.

Awesome pizzas – best in the business! Rare to be able to enjoy traditional wood oven pizzas like these… Highly recommended, will definitely order from here again.
