A little about us
We are a family owned business operating since August 2014 with friendly and attentive staff.
We create our own homemade gourmet sauces that are used in all our burgers and pizzas. Our burger patties are made from scratch, no additives, no preservatives, thus making them not only gourmet but healthy too!
We use a variety of the freshest, mouth watering and finest pizza toppings available anywhere.
Our hand made pizza dough is made with fresh yeast and is prepared daily prior to each service. Timing is of the highest importance as we ensure the dough rests for a few hours before it’s ready to be baked in the wood oven.
The wood fired oven infuses the pizza with flavors of the natural wood at a temperature of 800 degrees Fahrenheit, and this is where our restaurant name originated from! Our oven bakes each pizza in 3 minutes and is capable of baking 8 large pizzas at a time.
Prior to cooking, our oven is heated for couple of hours before it’s ready to ensure the correct temperature is achieved.
Fired in our high temperature wood oven, our pizzas are rustic and slightly charred. As our pizzas are baked under high heat, they are best eaten fresh straight out the oven.
Gluten free bases are also available for our customers.
